Smart Goals

  SPECIFIC My current goal is to control my weight, and I must lose less weight in than 110 pounds for the next 3 months. MEASURABE I planned on playing tennis every single weekend to achieve my goal. This goal is so specific to me because I believe that I can do it. I can check it by myself, and I can see the way I lost weight. ACHIVEABLE In addition, weight under 110 pounds is an achievable goal for me because I have a healthy eating and exercise plan in place and ready to execute it.  RELEVANT Playing tennis every day not only helps me lose weight, but above all it also helps me maintain good health. Continuing to play tennis will help me improve my health and spirit. I hope I will become a skilled tennis player, and have good health. TIME BOUND I want to achieve my goal of losing 10lbs within 2 months, and maintain tennis practice for as long as possible. I have hope in myself and trust myself to complete my plan well.
